The Arcos chef's knife with a blade length of 250 mm is designed to best meet the needs of professionals in the sector. The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel enriched with nitrogen, which gives it excellent strength, cutting power and long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomic handle used in this series is made of hygienic plastic with good impact resistance, anti-slip and resistance to high temperatures (120 - 130° C). The connection between the handle and the blade is firmly connected directly during production in the injection mold.
