High quality stainless steel for food industry with 18% Chromium and 10% Nickel.
Nickel gives the steel high toughness and softens it. This causes a higher gloss of the product. The product is more luxurious but less scratch resistant than 18/0.Chromium gives the steel corrosion and wear resistance.
